Recipe for success?
Seems like if I am either Richard or Nielson, the leadership message to me is that I am a glorified position coach, not a DC, and not calling the shots.
From 1 leader to 3 part-time leaders. All you football leadership experts, is this wise?

Maybe it’s best for our situation. I’m not gonna shite on the idea just yet and Allen does seem to be a good play caller
