Realistically, he'd probably be up for discussion as our 2nd round pick and a can't pass up for our 3rd round pick.
I think he's going to go middle to end of the 2nd.

He has natural playmaking skills. His potential is through the roof but he is very raw. SS or cover 2 LB is where he will be in the NFL.

Yes, if he is the BPA at some point in the draft.

He has poor coverage skills, but him not able to focus on football in college, he could improve there. He is not fast enough to make up for poor reaction ability once he blows the coverage. So he was burnt trying to cheat on several occasions.
He is NOT a hard hitter like Landry was/is and no one in any articles I have read on him describes him in that way. Sure he had a couple of good moments in college, but so does most people. About playing linebacker. That is a possibility for him or strong safety maybe, but he has to wrap-up better - which he could learn to do.
Overall, he has a good upside and if coach Williams remains around, he may end-up being very good should the Saints take him. I wouldn't waste a 2nd round pick on him though. Maybe third if he is still there.

Saints second round pick is pretty much a third rounder. If he improves his workout at his pro day, i can't see him getting to the 64th pick. I'd rather address DT, DE, and OLB. Seems like they are satisfied with the in-house LB's. If DT or DE isn't properly addressed in free agency, I wouldn't want Chad earlier than the Saints 3rd round pick.
