Cap Room / Big Name or Draft?

Ok, seeing as we are out of the running for Watson as of the Cleveland trade, do we use the space created for that possible signing to go after a big name WR / OL /DE or do we go after those in the draft?
I miss a WR like Cooks who could create such ridiculous separation from CB, but I guess we have that in Harty.
I know that people have mentioned Landry, OBJ, Beasley, etc as well.

Harty is not a guy you can count on. He has proven to be to injury prone when called on to play meaningful snaps.
