Can we Franchise Tag Klint Kubiak? Can Mrs. Gayle give him a dealership? Other Ideas?

If someone could convince the NFL that the current kickoff format idea is a good one, maybe we can lobby for some changes to the franchise tag.
Or maybe Mrs. Gayle could sell a minority share to a private equity fund and then give all that cash to Klint?
It says he single. Can we find a Skylene type with deep roots to New Orleans for him? You know a woman so powerful that she makes you move your team's entire Summer Camp to Greenbriar in West Virginia to be near her.
