Gonna be staying at a buddies hunting camp about 35 miles southeast of Cleveland. Little town near Kent St. About 5 miles away is a big country dance hall. Craig Campbell is playing saturday night. The Dusty Armadillo in Hookstown, OH. Should be some hot Kent St country chicks in there.

Isn't the game on ESPNU? Would be pretty hard to find a place to watch the game unless you have your phone on you with the subscription and service to watch it.

We are staying at the wyndham at playhouse square. There is a winking lizard down the street there is also a tilted kilt. Post the meeting spot and we will be there.

It is not even close to legit. Probably the worst bar in Cleveland. Avoid the warehouse district as a whole.

The little pagoda in the street next to the Wyndham has some amazing burgers. Called Dynomite. I recommend the L'albatros Burger, but they are all great.

Thanks Trey, will do. Staying at the Doubletree, but really just looking for a good place DT to watch games on Sat, esp LSU.
Edit: just checked out The Clevelander website, the deck looks great, especially if the weather is as expected.

The Lizard and The Clevelander are next to each other so if the weather is crappy you can walk inside at the lizard.

no I saw that one. Supposedly its just north of the science center. Northeast of the stadium.

Well the science center is next to the stadium, so I think that map is correct.
The closest bars to you would be in the warehouse district. Walk up W3rd and make a right on Lakeside. The warehouse district bars are on W6th and W9th. Its a shitty scene there IMO. The douchiest part of town.
Winks is on E9th and St Clair in the galleria. Not too far. The gateway bars are a bit further up E9th towards the Q. That were the Clevelander, The Lizard, and a few more are.
I think you said you didnt really want to tailgate, but the tailgate scene is a lot better than the bar scene. The munilot is about a 5 minute walk east up the shoreway from the stadium. There is also a lot on the west side of the stadium called the pit that is pretty rowdy.

Thanks again. We it will just be me and a buddy of mine. Not sure I want to deal with assholes ya know. I don't get butt hurt unless someone tries to touch me. How accepting are the fans at the tailgates?

You can see W3rd go south past the stadium. That takes you to the warehouse. E9th on the other side will take you to gateway, but its a little further walk.
