He said that when they got a week off he felt like he got an extra yard on most carries. Hopefully with 2+ weeks off for Kamara and 1+ week off for Ingram we see a dominant running game.

We limped into the playoffs in '09. That week off made a world of difference.

I specifically remember Shockey and Bush benefiting from the rest/rehab by coming back full strength after having some nagging dings & dents that had held them back late in the season.
I'm sure there were others like OL or DL that got healthy, too.

Shanle has discussed how important that week off was and how much faster they were able to play because of it. After the game the arizona players were also told shanle how much faster they were and shanle credited it to the rest.
