Magically? No, but it can be done and I’m glad you brought up Nolan Ryan as an analogy too, because we’ve definitely seen pitchers get older, lose velocity and then get some of it back. Look at Clayton Kershaw this year, average fastball up 1.4 mph. Full arm strength isn’t going to be regained but you can get some of it back.
