You don't get it. Brees has been vocal the whole time, and things have been steadily rolling our way (off the field). Your post is just reactionary bull shite.

Well he did. And Brees is both the head of our team and the NFLPA and best friends with Payton and in his prime, and Roger pretty much fricked with every single thing i just posted, so...

Exactly.

It's not like this is anything new. There is a reason Brees is getting away with saying the things he is saying. He's a key union spokesperson for the league.. and no matter how much power Gooddell has, even he is limited when it comes to the NFLPA.

It's all apart of fighting for something strongly you believe in. How can you not agree with that. Especially when it's actually coming around and paying off.

SOS, same old tired, regurgitated responses from O'Rly, Breesus, and the other myopic suck-ups on this board. Are you people capable of critical, independent thought or will you simply follow this team back into obscurity, railing away at how wittle Woger the bad man ruined everything.

Hmm... A couple of weeks ago, you posted the following response to the photo of Drew hugging Steve Gleason.

quote:

Great Pic. Just validates why Drew is one of the most respected players by his peers.

So, what do you think he is doing right now? Hes one of the player rep heads of the Players Association, and generally one of the most well respected players in the league. If Drew Brees is upset, theres probably a good reason for him to be. As the paper armor has fallen on the NFL's case here and it appears to be more and more of a ruse, I am glad that we have a player as well respected as Drew Brees speak out in support for his team, his coaches, and his fellow players. If someone wrecked your season and cost your coworkers millions of dollars all for the sake of an agenda, would'nt you be a little upset? Go find another team to root for.

Seriously admins, rantards like this continue to post here, yet guys like Kafka and Breesus who actually bring real contributions to this board get banned for calling out rantards like this? I dont get it.

diots are gonna idiot. You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink. The idiots that make these stupid post lack the ability to see the overall picture of not only Drew's position in the Saints lockeroom but also with the players association. Brees is a stand guy who represents not only his teammates in his own lockeroom but every lockeroom lead wide with his stance. With power comes more responsibility & it's Drew's responsibility to address issues when he feels his fellow brethren have been victims of wrongdoing. All these haters who say Drew should shut up have no backbone whatsoever. I would bet money on it that if they are wronged in real life, they would bend over, take it up the arse & kindly ask for more. They have no clue about actually having nuts & standing up for what's right.

Sorry but Bozo you've got it exactly backward.

It's called being an adult, accepting whats done, cutting your losses, realizing that life isn't fair, and trying to looking forward and improve as an organization, team, player, person.

How many sour grapes are you people going to ingest simply to make yourselves heard.

Really you're just embarrassing yourselves at this point.

Nope, Fujita was wronged, stood up for himself, his honor, was ultimately vindicated. Nothing but respect for the guy.

Where does Brees fit into this bounty stuff anyway?

back to back.

If the players did that, they would have been suspended, lost game checks, and everyone would have still thought the NFL had an air tight case and the Saints were indisputably POS. GFY cupcake.

Go ahead apologists and blast away, but this guy just needs to shut the frick up. He's costing HIS team any good will that might come from the NFL league offices.

It's over, move on, try to focus on throwing the ball to your own team instead of insuring that the Commish will continue to find ways to make Your team pay in the future.

It's called cutting off your nose to spite your face.

But then Drew is all about TEAM right?

Well considering this thread is about off the field stuff I think that's important. But, you know, rabble rabble rabble, get over it, Brees should be watching game film.

Can't say I disagree with him on this one though.

When players or teams screw up they punished unmercifully. Roger and the NFL screwed up and it's "Oh well, can't suspend you. Sucks for me. Lulz @ your season tho"

It's bullshite
