Forget Schefter; Wikipedia says Free Agent still, so he definitely hasn't signed.

And we have guys that could start already on the roster(not saying they should; only the coaches know that). So we don't necessarily need to rely on rookies.
Obviously with Browner they were trying to get great value. This guy was a legit #1 corner at one point(and likely still could be) that you could get "dirt cheap".
FA isn't over and we are in value shopping mode. If Strief comes back at good value we'll keep him. Same with Haralson, Morgan, Humber, Meachem, etc.
