Is Boykin worth considering or does he have too many issues? He's got to be better than Brandon Browner.

Clearly, something behind the scenes happened and talented guys like him don't start going through organizations like he has lately without carrying baggage.

They cut him to make room for the three corners they drafted. Can't admit it was a mistake so let's just compound it instead.

Basically he's a diva who refuses to accept his role as a nickel CB because well, he's 5'10. When teams let him play on the outside, he was beat left and right so he got moved back inside and hated it.

The Panthers signed him and then drafted these 6' + corners. They're moving in that direction.
I still would have kept him as a slot corner.
