We’re experiencing what so many other teams have experienced while we enjoyed the Brees years. Payton and Brees were something special and as fans we got to experience amazing offensive production over the years. Unfortunately, for most of that time, the Saints had average to subpar defensive units.

These days, it’s the total opposite. What really bothers me is that we don’t have a 1st round pick next year. Olave is a stud, no doubt, but the Saints will be needing a new franchise QB sooner rather than later, and we could potentially have a Top 5 pick that will go to a currently undefeated Eagles team.

Spoken like a bandwagon "fan." True fans would not call the team the Aints.

Should've started thinking about a franchise QB 5 years ago, but the Drew Brees worship wouldn't allow it.....now for the pain.

Stop your whimpering. Our top offensive players have been banged up, it's early and so far a tight race. Most of our issues are fixable. If you want to through the season away just go in the corner and suck your thumb.

We won't be paperbag bad for a while. We'll scrap and win about 7 or 8 games this year. The disappointing part is we should be a 12 win team. Injuries, coaching, qb play. Combined it makes the difference unfortunately..

CSP was good enough to squeak out wins with poor officiating. He was that good a coach.

In the playoffs, when officiating really matters and the competition is at its greatest, CSP could not compensate enough.

The current Saints coaching staff is just not good enough to play through bad calls and no calls.

Some of the fan base thought getting rid of CSP would even out the officiating.

The NFL and Goodell will not give the small market Saints any storyline positive scripts.

The team will be forever penalized for bountygate contrived allegations designed to mitigate concussion lawsuits.

The lie and illusion that the players paid to injure themselves and that the NFL cares about its players must be maintained at all cost.
