Seems kinda stiff to me.

Same here. I think it was a terrible pick at #49. There were at least 4 borderline first round talents on the board when the Saints picked him. TE Trey McBride would have been my pick.

Trust the process. Every year there is first round projected players that become bust and every year there is mid to late round players that are studs. Like we would have been pretty happy with Richard Sherman (5th round pick) being drafted in the second if you look at how his career turned out. You Also have to look at players work ethic and desire. Some players have all the talent in the world but are already burnt out after college and just trying to get a pay day. That accounts for alot of bust that occur and people don’t account for that aspect. There doesn’t seem to be any question marks in that regards with Alontae.
