Results don’t matter according to Mickey. That one quote should have got him fired. If I were owner and my GM said results don’t matter he wouldn’t even make it back to his office before I fired his arse.

It really doesn't matter who we hire. Whoever takes this job will be fired in the three or four years it will take to rebuild this roster. People are calling for Brady, but IMO whoever takes this job is only being setup for failure. I would only take it if this was my only option. Brady can wait one more year and find something better.
