Because they make more money for less work

ESPN DRAFT day analyst foes not makle more money than NFL front office guys....

That is a fricking ridiculous statement.

I stand corrected. Your point is made. Anyone that said the saints were going to trade up to get Corral (SI) is definitely not an expert.

Most of the ones I was hearing was saying two, though.

Never could understand how Kiper has kept his job all these years. He has never had a clue and never accurate

This was one of the most unsettled drafts that I remember and just about everyone admitted it

Exactly. Also, mock drafts put out by the more connected guys are based on what those guys are hearing, not who they think should be drafted based on grades.

I love when fans do the “that scout didn’t like our pick clearly he’s just a piece of shite that has no idea what he’s talking about”.

All of the Ringer football people, especially Nora Princiotti, were so confused about the Saints getting the second pick, and what it all means, and they have to be trading those picks to move up right. Meanwhile, anyone who actually pays attention knew this was about getting a WR and OT.

It’s hilarious how some of these people get to talk about sports and that’s supposed to mean they know more than hardcore fans. fricking Bill Simmons just started bringing on his buddy House to talk basketball and I guarantee that dude doesn’t know more than most fans.

Kiper just got grandfathered in for being an OG. That’s the only reason. He can always say he nailed the Josh Allen thing, even though it’s impossible to predict a player will improve in the ways Allen has. But Kiper did love him.

Kiper has shown that he's capable of creating content and doing fine in front of the camera. Mock drafts are content and people eat it up. They don't have to be accurate because that's not the point at all.
