I think they could very possibly drop the one @Seattle. I say if we win out, we get the #2.
I was just about to ask this. Who will win the tiebreaker in the event both teams are 13-3?

Maybe, but maybe not.
I don't like everyone is thinking this far ahead.
There's still 1/4 of the season left.
You're right. We've gotta stay focused.
I'm gonna go hit the weights, and then head to the film room. #grindtime

@Seattle will be another tough one for SF. Seattle always plays them tough at home.

The Steelers game is an automatic loss, but the Cardinals struggled to score against the mightily overrated Cowboys D, and SF doesn't make the mistakes or boneheaded coaching decisions DAL does. SF has a top 3 run D and hasn't allowed a rushing TD all season. I think the Cards have the better shot of beating them, but you have to think SF will probably get the bye. That being said I think the Saints would be able to beat the 49ers anyway as long as the weather is not terrible. Even with the Bad weather SF has not looked good running the ball the past few weeks.
In January SF Weather Historically:
Avg Temp. 56
Avg. Wind 7 mph

what worries me about san fran is not their team but he 30 mph winds in january.......brees would be nullified
The 49ers had some pretty good passing teams in the 80's and 90's, never seemed to be a problem
