Comes out to an unsmooth 10.3 average per game.

Forget the disadvantage the Saints have as far talent/depth.

So far it doesn't appear the players are hearing the message on correcting the self-inflected shite.

This has been the big problem for me. That many penalties, especially the simple formation ones, is a product of coaching. I’m not jumping ship on Moore yet, but this does give me uneasiness in my confidence in him. I’m patiently waiting for a full season before I make any real judgements of him though.

I thought the same thing jumping the gun with the judging but the Saints and ironically the Falcons had the worst outcomes possible in Week 3. In the NFC anyway.

but the Saints were facing 0-3 and just the simple self-inflicted wounds were still there. I wasn't expecting a win but just the little things you need to do to give yourself a chance weren't there.

The emphasis on those types of things come into question. No one is expecting the Saints to be world beaters. But they haven't connected some basic dots coaches-to-players from weeks 1&2 to Week 3 and that is rough to face.
