don’t think you understand that most people would probably rather just cut Zion than make a trade for an aging 5 that’s not expiring. If vucevic was an expiring, I’d be more inclined to have interest in a trade for him. I don’t want his contract on this team next year.

I understand where you’re coming from. But he just immediately becomes an expiring for next year and could be used as important trade filler. I get hes 34 but hes an offensive center who can shoot the 3 and who rebounds well. Now that we have Missi- I feel comfortable having someone like Vuc rotating with him.

Regardless, I think wity Zion there are various levels of opinions in regards to what Zion will get us. I’m the belief we won’t get much. So if someone is offering Vuc, another player and picks- I would consider it for Zion.

HES NOT A GOOD 3 POINT SHOOTER!

That’s the problem, and he thinks he is.

In 17 games on 4.5 attempts a game hes shooting 46%. But you’re saying its a mirage lets see.

If let his fat arse rot on the bench before taking a package like that.

At the end of last year, we could have got a pretty good haul for him. He just has to show out and stay healthy for a long stretch and a gm will gamble on his talent and name.

If Griffin is GM this wont happen. He’ll come back out of shape, get back in shape- have few good games; then Griffin will sell himself and the fanbase Zion has turned the corner. So he wont trade him and then he’ll get hurt again- and we’ll be back where we started. Its an endless cycle. Again just trade him for the best offer you can and move on- “this stay healthy for a long stretch”- its just a trap.

Yeah like I said lets see. Thats 20% of the season. Hes currently at 46%. Obviously, itll dip but he’ll likely shoot near 40% this year or a bit under. Even if he finishes near 35 to 38% that honestly isn’t bad. It could be an outlier season but his true shooting is also at 57%- career high.

I won’t keep arguing this one with you because I could tell regardless what he does this season- you’re not a huge Vuc fan. But it wouldn’t surprise me if Griff went after him- he’s probably the more gettable centers in the market.
