This is a more interesting hypothetical to me.
Nobody on this board would actually support this trade, right?
Wade is borderline garbage for 5-10 minute chunks at a time - especially in the regular season. He's approaching James Posey levels of "pick his time to play hard".

Anybody GM that wouldn't make that trade would be crazy. Get L.A, trade #1 to a franchise looking to get value for a guy on the last leg of a contract maybe Dwill or Dwight in attemps to persuade the other to come. Then you are set for years.

okay. Care to elaborate ? Youd rather a guard who has missed 100 games the past 3 years over a 6'11 PF/C who has averaged 22 and 8 the past two years because he's "too soft."
