Willie's biggest sins

Not getting the team to shoot more 3s and designs to shoot more 3s.
Rotation personnel, especially in late close games.
Not being able to close out close games due to terrible end of game play calling/not calling timeouts
But the biggest one of all, literally and figuratively, is not getting through to Zion.

not starting trey and bringing cj off the bench will cause him to be fired

Just tired and sad of all of this. Our conversations should be completely different and at the opposite end of the spectrum.
But here we are, discussing mess again. Zero improvement, soft beta, dysfunctional set up

Well I’ll say this. This time last year we were on top of the world and this team’s season came to a crashing end. This schedule coming up is brutal. They either figure it out or Willie’s seat could get extremely hot. Im hoping they figure it out and we end the season much better than last season.

Willie problems as I see them:
1. His rotation is terrible, and he doesn't know how to ride the hot hand.
2. He needs to be more demanding, and quit all this rah, rah bs, these are grown men, and all this brotherly love is for choir members not professional athletes.
3. Learn how to use Trey Murphy, to many games Murphy goes to long without a shot. And he needs be more created to get Murphy more open looks.
4. He is badly stunning the growth of Jordan Hawkins, one of the best young shooters in the game. His excuse is Hawking doesn't play defense,
NEWFLSASH:
half of this team doesn't play defense.
Now that the team is healthy, it is obvious that Willie is in over his head, when we had the injuries, he could always hide behind that, or use it as a crutch, but now he is being expose.
I am not saying he is a bad person; I just think he is not ready right now to be a head coach.
