He’s only hurting the team and clearly is not 100%.

they should have sat all the starters tonight. play for 2-1 in this 3 game set with the 2 wins being against WC teams, which is more important.

that would only matter if the WC team in question was fighting for a playoff spot.
We need wins right now. Period.
If I had to choose a win over Indiana or San Antonio? then sure, I'd pick SA. But beating the Lakers isn't any more beneficial to us right now than beating the Pacers.
Let's just win
