I used Ticketmaster and pretty much broke even every season save the NBA hawnits season.

This past year I attended at least 25 games, and gave tickets away on here, and still broke even.

My rep said if they were still not cancelled as of yesterday morning, that they would likely be fine.

I heard the same thing yesterday from them.

Good to hear. I think I'll be upgrading my 12 game to full season soon.

In part I think of my season tickets as a civic investment which is why I generally haven't worried about game attendance and making a profit. If I can go I go, if not I give them away. That said I have relatively inexpensive balcony seats.

That said I do see playoff priority as an important perk, especially when sitting through the random Tuesday night Hawks, Mavs, Suns game where you can't even give away those tickets.

As an aside...do you have more success on stubhub than on the ticketmaster resale site? Now that they're moving to seatgeek, do you know if you'll still be able to use stubhub?

No idea - have only sold on StubHub.

My one experience with TM resale was for one of the US Soccer games in the Dome. It was an absolute tire fire. I hope I don't have to use it again.

For Saints games I can't make (very rare) I use ticketexchange (ticketmaster), easy and works great.

For Pels I've found stubhub works much better than nba marketplace (ticketmaster). I've had the marketplace set a minimum I could list for based on the regular face value, not my ticketholder price, which made it hard to sell tickets.

That said, I went to about half of the games, and sold the other half.

This is absolutely cool and I understand that. I guess the crux of my issue is there are STH purposely buying playoff tickets just to flip them for a profit. That just doesn't sit well with me, the entitled STH that think it's their right to be able to scalp. Wasn't that legitimately illegal at one point. When did legal scalping just become a thing.

If i miss out on playoffs because legitimate STH bought tickets they are going to use for friends and family that's cool.

I just got off the phone with my rep actually and he sent me link for season and weekend packages. Ill probably buy either just seems like a waste If i can't go. If I could come out even on the tickets I don't use it would be worth it.
