I was just throwing it out there as an example of something people aren't expecting. I don't think it is going to happen. But would be a great return. Embiid is a MVP candidate..

If the Knicks get the #1 and are willing to trade it for AD (which I doubt), then just do it. 2 or 3 as well, although then the filler becomes more important.
Much better than a package of Tatum and mediocre picks.
As for filler, I'd look for some picks in the 2021 draft.

Philly has been discussed quite a bit.
The teams that have been discussed and I would list as possible
Toronto, LAC, LAL, ATL, Brooklyn, Chicago, Boston, NYK, Philly
If it's anybody other than nine, then yes it will have "come out or nowhere" and be a major surprise
But it won't. If he is traded, it will be one of those 9 and a few of those will even be eliminated Tuesday
