What a shitshow - why was Dell's head the first and only to roll?

I can't see why he's been singled out to be cut now of all times, when he was coming into his own with great move after great move. He didn't sign off on trading AD for a poo poo platter
People say GMing is a group effort, but why wasn't the group ousted years ago? Weird timing that he's the fall guy for all this very recent stuff

Gayle is brining a whole new mandate and I think Dell could have done really well under the new condtions

Don't sack him postumously for past indiscretions NOW when there is:

In the unlikely event you aren't trolling...
We still have half a season to go. You can't fire everyone. It also doesn't really matter since whoever the new head of basketball operations is will eventually fire/retain the rest of the staff as he sees hit.
