Yeah and guys like Danny Green and Robert Covington have made a career out of that.
Not saying I'm anointing Williams right now, but he is showing those basic traits you look for. Consistency over a long period will be key.

He was the reason they won in Chicago. Randle is just one of those high variance players. 6th man role is ok, you don’t want him starting.
