I thought this already happened. I do see Will Guillory posted it just now, but I could have sworn Bryson Graham and Swin were promoted on the same day.

Both were *reported* at the same time and Bryson (and Jon Moul) was officially announced in late June. I do not remember Swin Cash officially announced..
