Cause he has a career year with the team after a year long injury season, have earned only 30mil till now and there are not many contenders (if any) who can offer same contract.

Queen was barely a lottery pick; maybe only team had him as one last year. This year draft is loaded; he would be a 20-35 pick. He's an unathletic, undersized big who can't play in space defensively. Meanwhile this draft could be the deepest in the millennium. No way he's a lottery pick this year (unless our Dynamic Duo had one),
He needs to take ballet lessons because he plays on his heels (plants) defensively (and BTW, I'm not kidding).
