Refs were awful tonight

We went to the line 40 times to their 19.

They also called 3 travels on BI.
I"m not saying they weren't travels, but if you're going to call 3 of them on him, then literally everyone else that played in that game should have at 1-2 travels called against them as well b/c there's a travel that happens on almost every possession if you want to be that fricking nit picky.

BI has been getting the dumb arse travel call after pump faking a 3 and driving almost once a game. Again, i'm not saying he's not traveling, but let's call it all the time, not just when you feel like it and just on certain guys.

We got plenty of calls and shot a lot more FT’s, but I also thought refs were bad last night. They were all over the place in terms of what was/wasn’t a foul, traveling seemed arbitrary when called against Ingram, missed a pretty easy out of bounds call that got reversed. Glad it didn’t impact the game too much.

I'm not saying we got zero bad calls on us, but that was by far and away the most lopsided officiating in the Pels favor I've seen all season. 2nd place ain't close either, we got the best whistle you can ask for last night.



A good litmus test to see if you can at least somewhat control your biases with your favorite teams, go back and think about all the times you felt your team got the best of the whistle vs got the worst of the calls. If you can't think of any examples of when your team got the advantage, you're probably too biased to give rational opinions on the subject.
