I see where you’re coming from and DQ would have probably been fine to start this game but I like DJ coming out the gate with the experience and presence he’s got. We’re on a decent little win streak since DJ moved into the starting lineup, if it ain’t broke.

Queen is hard to watch, gets stripped every time he touches the ball

It's not the Pelicans fault who they are playing, but keep in mind we are playing a tanking team and we beat a short handed Warriors.
Jazz Starting 5
Median Games Started: 18
Warriors Starting 5
Median Games Started: 11
Pelicans Starting 5
Median Games Started: 36 (And that's WITH DM and DJ not playing the whole season).
Hopefully they can keep it up, but I'd wait until we play the Lakers and Suns to decide how good this lineup is. We are in the middle of one of the easiest 4 game stretches of the season.

Queen has been awful tonight for sure

This is some truly horrible professional basketball...

Might be his worst game. Totally clueless out there.

Queen is improving on that. He was a turnover machine early in the season, he has actually cut them to 1.6 a game in February though. That not bad at all for a rookie who handles the ball a lot. For comparison he was at 3.0 a game in January, 2.5 in December and 2.6 in November.
Fears is at 2.3 turnovers for the month.

What I've noticed about Queen is he needs minutes to get into the flow of the game. Even as a starter, he was usually a slow starter in the first half, then seemed to settle into the game in the second half. I don't see him thriving in a low minutes role, at least not this season. Maybe with this year under his belt and a full offseason to train with the team he will be able to play hard from the first minute he steps out there.

If we trade Zion, Bey will fill those shoes just fine.

Crazy how much dejounte makes this team look good. Huge difference in the energy out there.

Just let Bey start putting up more shots. He’s at 33 and I want to see him drop 40.

I dont think anyone is overly excited just want to be competitive and win some games. Really curious to see how this group plays adding Treys scoring

Yeah, DJM, TM3, Bey, Herb and Zion could be an interesting small ball lineup.

Bey is having a hell of a game.

If anyone has earned a contract/extension it’s a player like Bey. He’s only 26 and I think he’s been the most consistent player on this roster. He can shoot it from 3 and back you down in the paint. He’s been fun to watch this year and one of the bright spots in a shitty season.

He isnt missing much these days. He must be around 50% with a good amount of 3pt attempts
