Season ticket holders - who is your ticket rep and how happy are you with him/her? How long have they been your rep and do they get you nice perks/special tickets, etc?

How is your new rep? None of my reps have ever gotten those types of things for me and I have had several (been a season ticket holder since day 1). Your guy didn't get you free courtside seats did he?

a free upgrade, yes.
granted it was a shite game mid-week, but yes.
also a one-time freebie behind the pels bench which was even better.

you gotta ask

i havent interacted with the new guy yet.

I love mine. She knows I want stuff for my kid so she makes sure my daughter gets to do all kinds of stuff. She’s been court side, danced with the dancers, “killed” the lights at the arena, etc. anything a kid can do, mine has done it.

I have Tim Gryzch and I’m a fan. He’s accommodated almost any reasonable request I’ve had, granted I haven’t gotten to sit courtside, but I a) am in cheap seats, albeit row 1, and b) never asked. He’s also a fan of the team itself very obviously, so it’s nice chatting up the Pels with someone a little closer to the situation than me. I’m not scared to ask for things but I have my own code on what’s fair without putting someone in an awkward situation. Tim is amazing for those needs.

My rep filled in as one of the "contestants" for Tic Tac Toe on Wednesday and damned near broke his ankle.

He's been accommodating of anything I've asked, but I only ask for stuff for crap games. I'll ask him for a club ticket when I'm one of the 3500 there on a Tuesday against the Suns.

The only requests I make that get turned down is getting stuff signed. I haven't figured that one out yet.

Gena Boudreaux. She is our rep for both Saints and Pelicans and is always offering us stuff for my little girl. There isn’t a kid experience out there that my daughter hasn’t done.

She is the reason why I had season tickets for years, even when we were inept and awful.
