I was always skeptical when we got Boogie and everybody started saying "oh he's just misunderstood, he's not actually an immature a-hole".

What really happened:
Boogie’s Agent: “Dell, my client deserves the max contract for the body of work he has put in”
Dell: “We don’t feel comfortable giving the max after that injury, but we can offer you less”
Boogie: “How much less?”
Dell: “Well, maybe two years for 18-20 million”
Boogie’s Agent: “We won’t settle for less than the max.”
Dell: “Well if you want the max, I don’t want him.”
Boogie to Media: “DELL SAID HE DIDN’T WANT ME!!!”
Boogie’s Agent: “Dell, my client deserves the max contract for the body of work he has put in”

Very unprofessional way to leave a franchise. The best way to go about a move like this would be to sign the deal and go about your rehab. Instead he's trying to create a victim narrative and justify a scenario where his only choice was taking the mid level exception with the Warriors..... This is some Prime Dwight level foolishness from Boogie and his agent LOL
