The Pelicans realize the Suns best shot blocker is their PG and decide to assault the rim.
Let's just hope Gordon can get a call or two on obvious fouls.

2. It's good luck - I've been putting that for the last 2 wins and I won't stop now.

Pregame report: Pelicans at SunsBy: Jim Eichenhofer, Pelicans.com, @Jim_EichenhoferUpdates from the U.S. Airways Center prior to Sunday’s Western Conference game between New Orleans and Phoenix:
• Ryan Anderson’s upcoming return to the court remains uncertain. Monty Williams said it will depend on the power forward’s comfort level with being able to play. Anderson sustained a broken toe in the days prior to the Oct. 30 regular season opener.
• The Pelicans continue to lead the NBA in three-point percentage, despite the absence of Anderson, who made the second-most treys in the league last season (Golden State’s Stephen Curry topped the individual list). New Orleans is shooting 46.1 percent from long distance.
• Goran Dragic is a game-time decision for Phoenix, after he missed Tuesday’s game in New Orleans. Dragic will test out his sprained ankle in warmups and decide if he’ll be able to play.
• Suns rookie coach Jeff Hornacek on motivation during his team’s surprising 4-2 start after dire predictions by virtually every NBA analyst: “We’ve got guys who want to prove that people were wrong.”
• Hornacek on his team’s focus against Anthony Davis: “We need to make him earn everything he gets.” Specifically, that means Phoenix will try to limit Davis’ opportunities to score on fast breaks. Hornacek noted that although it didn’t seem like Davis had a great game Tuesday vs. Phoenix, the second-year pro still registered 17 points and 11 rebounds. Hornacek called that the mark of a great player.
