I’m not sure what’s been more out of sync with his reputation, his offense or defense. He’s not necessarily terrible at either and has improved areas of weakness, but he’s really not giving us what we need from him.

I really do believe the system is too undisciplined for him. He needs to quarterback it to be successful at this point in his career. Team needs structure

This system literally reminds me of a pickup game of a bunch of college kids at UNO’s gym. They are literally just rolling the ball out and going!
