I like the new rules and agree with this as well. Cleveland may not have had enough to get Love if they didn't get Wiggins. Parker prob would get it done as well.

Doesn't matter. If you're not one of very few franchises, getting lucky in the draft is the only way to truly compete.

This will just cause massive tanking out of the teams in the middle of the lottery over the last half of the season. It won't have the desired effect either, just make it even more difficult for teams at the bottom to compete.
