I've counted 2 games already this season where AD missed multiple game-deciding shots

@Sixers 11/21 - AD was simply off that night, as he missed a game-winning 3 before missing a game-tieing free throw in OT.

Last night v/s Memphis, AD missed a game-tieing 3 along with missing multiple shots down the stretch.

This happens but my point is that AD had been less than impressive this season at critical points. The season is young, but he has not been the MVP-caliber player we're used to.

He's still been above average. We're just used to him being stupidly efficient.

The whole team is awful in clutch minutes. It’s not just AD.

He missed every shot he took at the end last night to but fortunately Jrue stepped up.

Now he'll probably sit out the Celtics game as a precaution. Man he sure is hurt a lot.

It's ok if this happens. It happens to everyone.
But........ you've got to balance it out with games where you hit the shots and get us the win.
That has been Jrue most of the year, not AD.

that depends on a lot, and you know that.

1. What does AD want? Don't leave us hanging too long.

2. What's the best case scenario for the Pelicans with or without AD?

If we make a similar run to last season or perhaps even further to the conference finals, how can any legitimate player turn down an offer to stay?

But, if he's still questioning us at that point, we'll be able to sell high and get high!

So, for either scenario, the best case for the Pelicans is to finish the season strong (with what we have).
