I'm having trouble deciding which teams are "tanking"...& which teams are just THAT bad !!

Houston is tanking, but occasionally they decide to win. They have awesome, young talent. I warned y’all about them in a different thread. I watch them damn near every night on League Pass. They usually lose games in hilarious fashion. So the fact that we lost to them today in hilarious fashion, is pretty damning in terms of what our true upside is as a team, not only this year, but in the future.
