If you were a fan of any other team - Do you think Zion has a long and HOF level career?

I don't. And I haven't for a long time. As a Pels fan, I'm captivated by his potential. When he took over the game against Denver, San Antonio and Philly, you saw what he "could" be.

But if I'm being real, the deck is stacked.

No one at his weight/body type/style of play has ever led a team to a title. Fat Shaq isn't really a good comp either.

It's not just Zion's weight. His height is a problem. He's a very short PF who can't shoot that great.

He puts you at a disadvantage on D most of the time. He did get much better I admit, but long bigs will always give him problems.

If Zion was mentally strong, had a good support structure, and not the arse clowns he's surrounded by, maybe, he could overcome the physical issues. But he doesn't seem to have the drive or mental toughness to do so.

It's disappointing because he's our best chance at a title.

But we're just wasting time and money at this point.

I guess we have to see what happens over the summer because it would be irresponsible not to, but I have a feeling even if he comes back in better shape, we'll end up here again.

I genuinely believe his next team he gets down to 250 and becomes his true self after dropping the baggage (aka his step dad).
