I need a Ticket rep

Recently purchased a 12 game package and last week my ticket rep emailed all of her clients to say she had taken a different job and will no longer be with the Pelicans. Anyone have a good rep that they would recommend? I know as a partial season package holder it may not be necessary, but would like to have someone since I plan on renewing each year for the foreseeable future. TIA

Jesse Nantz is my rep always does his best to work with me on switching games and buying back games.

Mario Scarfallato is my rep and he’s always been great to deal with and responds quickly.

Our company uses Jordan Thomas for Saints and Pelicans. She does a great job in communicating and making sure we get everything we need.

If you don't like your rep you can always request a new one by emailing their manager.

My rep was Corey Garrity for years. I got an email last week that she was leaving. I got an email from Jordan Thomas that she is my new rep.

Pelicans Season starts soon and I hope you are as excited as we are! I wanted to reach out to introduce myself, I’m going to be your Pelicans Account Representative. For a little background on myself, I was born and raised in Bossier City, Louisiana. I joined the New Orleans Pelicans and Saints in October of 2016 in our Groups Department, previously working with LSU Tiger Athletic Foundation and Minor League Baseball with the Montgomery Biscuits. I now work to service nearly 400 accounts for the New Orleans Pelicans and Saints, as well as, driving new business to grow our fan base for both the Pelicans and Saints.

Any more suggestions? I recently got a new rep as mine was promoted. However, my new rep is brand new and as green as grass. I am disappointed I was assigned someone who just started as I have been a season ticket holder since day 1 and seem to continually get brand new reps when mine leaves or gets promoted. Looking for someone who is a top notch rep.

Sydney Labiche gave me a call the other day. I think she said she was with group offers, but either way she did a good job and she had a sexy voice so I was very pleased.

Anyone’s ever go through the ticket rep who’s always on reddit’s Pels page? Seems like he’s set up some decent packages and claims to have a “reddit discount” but, ya know, Reddit.
