quote:hes not.. at least not as fit as he was at Duke. Also imagine believing Zion actually gained 8 lbs of pure muscle After just one week of working out lol. That’s physically impossible
All Zion's mates (Griffin, Coach K, Nelson, Melli today) say Zion is fit...

Only Griffin, Nelson etc can explain...
Everyone around him (including pels's staff) says he is not fat
A guy like Ingram will have always stable weight.
Others like Zion it's different i imagine.

ive read that if you take steroids 10 days you can put on 8 lbs of muscle.
after 10 days emotional issues arise.

Zion just has a special metabolism and genetics which allows him to gain muscle and weight very quickly

You can laugh if you want but yet this is the most likely reason cause free testosterone... You just have to see some nfl players like Tyron Smith for example who look fat but who are in fact muscular like iron mans...
Or maybe you are a healthcare professional like Aaron Nelson ?
Melli says Zion has less body fat than he...Pels's staff most likely had to measure Zion's body fat in this case...
We will see.

Giannis can handle the ball way better and rebound better. I don't think it's fair to compare the two, very different games.
They really are similar actually. Year 3-4 Giannis is a close comparison, where they are likely to score, their % from the spots, etc. Giannis wasn’t some spectacular rebounder and ball handler early on, that developed over time and it will with Zion. Giannis is one of the best current comparisons, they are bigs that work as wings, and have unbelievable efficiency at the basket. They are both ridiculous mismatches but have completely different body types; Zion being compact, uber athletic and strong while Giannis has freakish length/wingspan and mobility for his height.
