How do we use the Erie Bayhawks with all of our draft picks?

Next season is the first year we are in complete control and ownership of the franchise. We are clearly embracing a youth movement, and have a lot of draft picks, including the haul of 2nd rounders for Mirotic. Are we going to stash a lot of people up there for development? Have we hired a head coach?

Mirotic's contract is expired, so we could re-sign him if we have the cap space.
We could sign and trade him with Milwaukee to get him back, but they're not going to be accepting two seconds to give up a guy who is potentially one of their big bench players.

Actually, I think this is a good question. I do not know the answer.
How is a GLeague team filled? How many players allowed on team? Would all of the players on roster be allowed or even want to play Gleague; ie: k Williams, Bluiette, again?

the team will be filled with players that the pels sign to D league contracts. Those players typically are undrafted free agents and D league vets. The team can also be used to send players with nba contracts down for rehab or other reasons (mostly rookies or young vets when you have a roster crunch).
after summer league you’ll see the team invite players to training camp and if they like some of them they can now sign them and assign them to Erie
finally they can sign two players to D league/NBA two way contracts and those players can go back and forth
