Why did he wait so long? Will he be fully recovered for camp?

Reported that he wanted to try healing it without surgery. Recovery was not complete so opted for the operation. Don't think it's supposed to linger through the summer and is to his non-shooting shoulder, so doesn't seem like a huge deal...

It doesn’t matter that he waited a week or a month. His shoulder will be completely healed by summer in plenty of time to get ready for the season. Herb will put the work in, that’s assured.
