I keep bringing this up, no coach is paid remotely close to what even good players make. That tells you that coaching, even great coaching is not highly coveted. So thread after thread blaming Green just doesn't make sense. Javonte Green makes more money than Willie Green..

I’ve said in several posts both especially BI need to be better. I cant speak for others.
Money has nothing to do with this. Good coaching matters. There are so many examples of this. Look at Cleveland, Lakers, Orlando or OKC. In any league players are paid more than coaches- this isnt college. Im sorry but that a very silly excuse to demean the importance of coaching.
