No, Lopez was at most a bench player in Phoenix. He became a serviceable starter over here. Aminu is the best rebounding SF in the league. And to say Anderson hasn't improved greatly since Orlando is blasphemous. And when a players consistently improve under a coach it means he is developing them.
Please provide the statistics that show and quotes that bolster the claim that a Hornets/Pelicans player improved consistently under Monty and did so BECAUSE of Monty's development.

Hey Monty! Get me floor seats and I'll think about joining your side.

For SP I am referring to the 7-9 and 8-8 stretch he had. People were calling for his head and then we won a SB. All Monty has shown you this year is that if you give him a injury riddled team with horrible players, he is going to suck, just like every other coach.

Contenders when Paul was here? No homie, just no. Stop it please.

Lopez's minutes increased here, hence his stats increased. He's a better player now in Portland. Aminu has consistently taken 1 step forward and 2 steps back. Ryno hasn't developed from Orlando. He's basically the same player.
Monty's stubbornness and reluctance to change has finally has taken its course. Case in point George Karl's recent comments about not liking the way this team plays.

Do you think Monty Williams is as good of a coach as Sean Payton?

Lopez went from bench player in Phoenix, to a starter for playoff team. IMPROVEMENT
Aminu is the best rebounding SF in the league. IMPROVEMENT
We signed Anderson at market value, some even said we overpaid. Now he has one of the best contracts in the league that teams are constantly looking to trade for. IMPROVEMENT
Rivers from worst season ever to quality back up. IMPROVEMENT
When It happens over and over again, you have to give the coach credit.

I do not know. All we have given Monty is shitty teams. Can't really tell.

What did Thibs do last year w out Rose, Deng, a one legged Noah? He gave the Heat all they wanted with Nate Robinson, Marco, and Jimmy Butler.

Losing in 5 games is not giving a team "all they wanted"

Very interesting, LVB maybe? Is that your previous handle?

The score in some of those games was not indicative on how that series went. They were highly physical games. The Bulls had no business even winning a playoff series in the 1st place to face the Heat. The point is there's no way Monty could have taken an undermanned team without a former league MVP to even sniff the second round of the playoffs.

Thanks.
This is the most action I've seen in PT since joining.

You have no idea because Monty has never had team even close to as talented as that Bulls team.

Wasn't the 08 team pretty good?
Chandler/ Paul/ west
Pardon my ignorance and correct me, I dunno if that's correct.
