Herb's problem is his offensive consistency... he'll go through stretches where he gives you absolutely NOTHING offensively... and we don't need him to be a 20 ppg player, either... if he could gives us 10-15 ppg, consistently, it would do wonders for the rest of the offensive output from other contributors, but right now, he's not a person you HAVE TO account for if you are the opposing team...
