I use it on firetv stick, android phone app, and streaming on laptop without any substantial issues. There was a 1 or maybe 2 games early in the season that had trouble streaming but that self corrected and have had 0 problems since. I was skeptical after hearing horror stories, but am completely satisfied with the product so far.

Some advice to those that have issues:
maybe your internet sucks
maybe your device is too far from your router and doesn't get a good wifi signal.
and i get that this likely isnt' the issue for a lot of people, but it should never be just brushed off as not an issue.
*try to clear the cache on your device. Most people never do this and it can be a major reason why certain apps don't work well. I know on my androidtv i could clear the cache on individual apps. on my rokutv there's some old nintendo cheat code method of clearing the cache on the entire roku. This has worked wonders for me getting several apps to stop being so finicky.
make sure your device is up to date. My Rokutv is supposed to automatically update, but i've had to do it manually a few times now.
delete apps you don't use. They are just taking up valuable space and could be running something in the background, again taking up valuable space.
