Biggest Takeaway from this series

THIS is what your non-zion team looks like. The suns series is long gone. This isn’t the up and coming, “you gotta fight” team of a few years ago. What’s happening is not fun & has an obvious ceiling, even with Z paired with what’s on the roster has a ceiling.
It’s time to fully build the team around z’s strengths and commit to him being THE guy, not just a 1-2 punch with him and BI. We have too many guys that defend well but can’t shoot. We have a star that is slowly fading (BI) and a PG that can shoot but can’t create looks for anyone else (CJ.) It’s time for a major shakeup. If it craters, who cares? How many of you will argue this version of basketball is worth preserving anyway?
Give me shooting, pace, and rim protection (even at the cost of perimeter defense)

There aren’t many floor generals available. But if we can somehow get CP3 for the right price in free agency, I would love him to be on our team.

Better perimeter defenders make rim protection easier.
A good rim protector won't do well with shitty perimeter defenders.
It starts on the perimeter first.
