Are we getting Physical Season Tickets this Year?

Any season ticket holders heard anything about tickets being mailed? The first preseason game is less than a week away and typically we have them in hand by now. I haven't even seen the email about tracking which comes a few days out.
Or are we going ticketless this year and supposed to use the SeatGeek App all year?

in the past they usually came in about a week/10days before the first regular season home game. The preseason tickets have always been sent by email or mailed in another envelope

I was told I would have them at my doorstep by the end of this week when I inquired. Monday by the latest.

I just got a delivery email from FedEx for delivery of something by Tuesday.
I assume it's the physical tickets. I can't imagine what else it might be.

I did get my concession stand gift card this week.

I picked my tickets up at the FedEx pickup at Walgreens on Magazine St. today. They came with the 10% off STH card but did not come with the concession stand gift card. I was also promised a free fleece jacket and did not receive that.

They aren’t mailing the pullovers. I talked to my rep are going to have a place to pick them up at games.

Anyone else having issues listing tickets for sale on the seat geek marketplace? For some reason, when I log into my account, there's only an option to download the tickets. The site won't let me transfer or list tickets for sale.
