I’m so tired of seeing them consistently miss free throws.
They are 24th on the league shooting 75%.
Is this a coaching thing?

They're all professionals. Free throws come down to dedicating time to practicing free throws. That's literally all there is to it. Teams that aren't good at it aren't practicing them enough, and it's pretty pathetic. It's free points.

People just don't realize how difficult a free throw can be when tired or hacked hard to get to the line.
Repetition is key but focus is just as important and that is what separates players.
