George or John.

Their solo writing showed how superior they were to the other two.

However it seems like John intentionally put out a lot of solo crap, because when he put the effort in and really thought songs through, he was phenomenal.

I like them all and am mad at them for not getting along and making more music together.

This is what happens when you actually turn on Yoko's microphone.

Any other recommendations for him?

I've been learning these two songs on ukulele...

"This Is Love"
"Between The Devil & The Deep Blue Sea"

Interesting... I was coming here to post a Favorite George Song thread and found this one.

The one that kept Yoko Ono and Linda Eastman from singing a duet.

Team George. Paul and John seemed to be egotistical Jack asses (love their music) and would much rather have a beer with Georgie. Apple Scruffs randomly popped up on Spotify today and put a huge smile on my face.

Supposedly in the '70s there was a phone call that went something like this:

PAUL: "George, I hope we can be reasonable about this. I'd like to leave Apple. The band is over, and I want to release my stuff somewhere else. We've been mates a long time... What do you say?"

GEORGE: "I say you're staying on the fricking label. Hare Krishna." (hangs up)

They've all preached "love" over the years (including Ringo), but George is the only one that truly felt believable.
