I think so. This has been a fun/incredible debate regardless of your stance!
Traffic on this board will now pick up. Fact.

I think Alex Bowen should come forth and make his username public so we can help him with his job

update:
https://www.deftonestix.com/
for preorder, BR is the only city that sold out, with the highest price.
first 80 tickets gone in a matter of 2 hours

I doubt an average 90s band will have much affect on this board

There will still be tickets available on the Varsity's site when they open up sales on Friday, correct? I want to get a physical ticket instead of dealing with will call.

11am friday
yep
it's funny to see BR's tickets sell first before other bigger cities
and the ticket is $51 total compared to $36 in other places

no, it has nothing to do with that.
mostly due to there not being a nola show, if I had to guess
80 presale tickets go to the label/agency etc

either way, good to hear. The Varsity will only get better

I got mine via presale. Where is will call at the Varsity, is it at the Chimes?

The Varsity should look at the Georgia Theatre in Athens, GA as a model. BR has the college music crowd just as Athens does. Pull some of their music down South.
Get in a parternship with some venues in Nola to catch their acts before Nola or after Nola.
