I don't know why you guys think I'm joking...drake has mastered three genres(rap, hip hop, r&b)- Beethoven only knew how to compose classical music and he used instruments didn't possess vocal ability that why Drake is better

This is gonna sound weird, but Danny Brown has mad credibility among rappers. Danny was a legit crack dealer in Detroit. That motherfricker came from the definition of nothing. If you go watch the little documentary he released with his album Old, it shows him having to use his stove to keep worm during the winter.

Couldn't he apply for food stamps, section 8 housing, welfare, etc?

He was on all of it. It was Detroit though. Not exactly a nice place.

You really are a fricking moron, aren't you?

It is generally implied that a musician shows some level of proficiency with an instrument. Does drake play any instruments in any of his songs? Drake is at best a lyricist and song writer.

While Beethoven was one of the best concert pianists of his day, he was best known as a composer and conductor. You know writing music for dozens of musicians to play simultaneously and coordinating those musicians.

Drake and his ilk generally press some buttons on a computer to mix together music that they generally don't even write. They take samples from other and put together a song. That is to say that they take the work that other people have done and pass it off as their own.

You know nothing. You are taking dozens of different genres of music and passing it off as "one genre." In a couple hundred years (actually less) people like you are going to think of rap, hip hop and r&b as one type of music. Old shite, if people think that it's actually worth remembering at all.

And Beethoven will still be more important to the history of music than Drake.
